    It's been a while but I believe that I saw an Indian store that looked like it sold saris in Pacific Plaza, the same center where SF Supermarket is. Good luck!

      Not exactly "local"...I think there is still an Indian market on West Capitol (a bit east of Harbor, I think) over the river in West Sac that sells saris and Indian fabric as well as Indian groceries. Not that West Sacramento is local, not even being in the same county as Sacramento, but closer than SF.

    There is an Indian store in old sac too, I am pretty sure they have them there, can't get more local than old sac :)
